Avenue5 Residential is seeking a meticulous Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and exterior areas of our property. You will enhance curb appeal and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, unit prep, and assisting during weather-related emergencies. Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with and defuse difficult situations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Must comply with safety requirements and training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, weather events, fires, floods).
• Clean apartments, model homes, and common areas.
• Report maintenance or life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal with residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
