Qualificações

• Must communicate in English and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and perform tasks in standardized situations.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate small vehicles as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: daily trash removal, landscaping, snow/ice removal per policy.
• Common area and facility cleaning: empty trash, clean fixtures, replenish supplies, and maintain laundry rooms.
• Communication and administrative tasks: use digital device to review, update, and manage work orders; complete inspections.
• Safety and compliance: maintain a safe work environment and report hazards; adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Professional standards: punctual attendance and professional conduct with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Assist staff with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
