ZRS Management in Lenox, AL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property, keep breezeways clear, replace light bulbs in common areas, sweep and blow debris, and walk the property monthly to ensure it presents market-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings and common areas to ensure a clean, safe living environment
• Keep breezeways free of trash and cobwebs; remove debris
• Sweep and/or blow debris from walkways and entry areas
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings as needed
• Walk the property monthly to inspect conditions and plan repairs
• Pressure wash the buildings to preserve exterior appearance
• Prepare units to market-ready condition for new residents
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris
