Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and clients. The role focuses on outdoor upkeep, building maintenance, and timely attention to common areas and amenities.

Responsibilities include maintaining buildings, cleaning breezeways, replacing lighting, monthly property walks, pressure washing, preparing market-ready units, and overall debris control.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings.
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris.
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walking the property monthly.
• Pressure washing the buildings.
• Preparing market ready units.
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
