Responsibilities

• Maintain Breezeways and keep buildings free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris; replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly; pressure wash buildings.
• Prepare market-ready units; clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
