Job summary

You will help maintain curb appeal, operate safety policies, and support residents with timely service while upholding professional standards.

This role requires physical capability and a valid driver's license; on-call rotation may apply, and benefits include healthcare, PTO, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally when engaging with residents, vendors and staff.
• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal; assist maintenance team as needed.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies; report issues to Service Director.
• Assist with operating and maintaining fences, gates, windows and common areas.
• Deliver resident letters and maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Director.
