Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the property.
• Inspect the community and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and clean vacant apartments.
• Perform minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager.
• Communicate with residents and staff; report hazards or risks promptly.
• Follow RangeWater safety policies and attend required safety meetings.
