Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to keep our communities clean, safe, and inviting. You’ll help set the tone for resident satisfaction by maintaining lawns, walkways, and common areas. You’ll assist with routine maintenance, report repairs, prepare units for new residents, and support seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
