Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred in Property Management and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appearance of community exterior, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Performs minor repairs under supervision of Service Manager.
• Inspects community daily and removes litter and debris.
• Handles make-ready trash removal and cleans dumpster/storage areas.
• Communicates hazards to supervisor and assists residents and staff as needed.
