Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Vista Ridge, a 308-unit apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property, including trash removal, landscaping, and common area upkeep.

Responsibilities include using a digital device for work orders, inspections, and documentation, while upholding Fair Housing laws and professional conduct with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate light-duty vehicles as per property requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and exterior areas including trash removal, landscaping tasks, and snow/ice removal per policy.
• Clean and maintain common areas, fixtures, carpets, and replenish supplies daily.
• Use a digital device to review, update, and manage work orders and inspections.
• Uphold safety and Fair Housing compliance; report hazards to management.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain professional conduct with residents and vendors.
