Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for East Range Crossings, a 252-unit community in Denver, CO. You will maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, perform landscaping tasks, and manage work orders with a digital device.

You will also handle snow/ice removal and assist staff as needed, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and professional conduct. The position offers daily responsibilities including trash removal, common area cleaning, and coordination with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• May require a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV) and auto insurance depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and Exterior Maintenance - Walks the property daily to remove trash from Grounds: (front and rear of buildings), breezeways, parking lots, playground, drain basin edges, behind fence lines, clean around all dumpsters, rake/mulch around trees and landscaped areas, weed around trees and flowerbeds, water grounds as needed. Perform snow removal: shovel steps, sidewalks, and walkways, apply ice melt when slippery, remain on duty until all snow is cleared per policy and report snow/ice removal activities to the Community Manager.
