Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Promenade, a 288-unit apartment community in McDonough, GA. The role focuses on maintaining exterior areas, trash removal, landscaping tasks, and snow/ice removal while using a digital device to track work orders and inspections.

You will help maintain safe common areas, follow Fair Housing regulations, and support staff as needed. This position requires reliability and a professional attitude on-site.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and follow written/oral instructions.
• Ability to solve problems with a few concrete variables.
• May require a valid driver’s license and operate vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance across the property daily.
• Clean common areas, empty trash, and maintain fixtures and signage.
• Use digital device to manage work orders and inspections.
• Uphold safety and Fair Housing compliance; report hazards.
• Assist staff and participate in staff meetings as required.
