Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for East Range Crossings, a 252-unit community in Denver, CO. The role focuses on maintaining exterior areas, trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice control, with daily use of a digital device to manage tasks and inspections.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• May require a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV) and auto insurance depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and Exterior Maintenance - Walks the property daily to remove trash from Grounds: front and rear of buildings, breezeways, parking lots, playground, drain basin edges, behind fence lines, clean around dumpsters, rake/mulch around trees and landscaped areas, weed around trees and flowerbeds, water grounds as needed. Perform snow removal: shovel steps, sidewalks, and walkways, apply ice melt when slippery, remain on duty until all snow is cleared per policy and report snow/ice removal activities to the Community Manager.
