The role is full-time, outdoors-focused, with options like paid time off, holidays, and benefits starting after 30 days. Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed
