Job summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of one of our apartment communities in St. Petersburg, FL. This full-time role offers outdoor work and a chance to contribute to a welcoming environment for residents.

The position includes competitive compensation and benefits; PTO, holidays, and additional perks support work-life balance. Previous groundskeeping or related experience is preferred but not required.

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
