Job summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of one of our apartment communities in St. Petersburg, FL. This full-time role is outdoors and offers the chance to contribute to a welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities.
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation.
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
