The Mather in Tysons is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the community's outdoor areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety for residents and visitors. This role involves various tasks such as watering greens, clearing debris, and operating cleaning equipment. Ideal candidates will have a high school degree and knowledge of horticulture, pest control, and basic tools.
Creates a positive first impression of the community with regular maintenance of the grounds, paths, walkways, lighting and parking lots. Keep the community clean, beautiful, and free from safety hazards and diseases for the residents, staff, and visitors.
We are seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper.

The Mather is a Life Plan Community in Tysons, Virginia, for those 62 and better that defies expectations of what senior living is supposed to be. More than a luxury residence, The Mather is in an enviable walkable, urban neighborhood, close to the Metro and all the DC area has to offer. Opened in March 2024, The Mather includes 293 independent living apartment homes, as well as assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing, along with multiple restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, gardens and more.
