Job Opportunity: Groundskeeper/Porter at Weinstein Properties

Position Details:

• Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Starting at $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses

Role Overview:

We are seeking a maintenance porter/groundskeeper responsible for property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool maintenance, and general repairs.

Location:

• Bexley Lake Forest in McKinney

Preferred Experience: Residential maintenance, janitorial/housekeeping, groundskeeping, and interior/exterior maintenance experience are a plus.

Job Duties Include:

1. Daily grounds cleanup and maintenance of dog park and exterior amenities
2. Interior hallway cleaning and general maintenance assistance
3. Pool and pool area cleaning
4. Preventative maintenance tasks
