Job summary

ZRS Management in Del Valle, CA, is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties. You will help keep buildings and breezeways clean, sweep and remove debris, replace bulbs in common areas, and walk the property monthly to ensure standards are met.

The role includes pressure washing, cleaning of model units and amenities, and keeping the compactor area tidy. We offer full-time, career-track employment with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance,

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
