Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our property and support residents and clients with reliable, friendly service.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings, sidewalks, breezeways, and common areas; preparing market-ready units; and ensuring outdoor spaces are debris-free. The role is full-time, on-site, with competitive benefits and 401k matching.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
