Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper in Palm Desert, CA to maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas.

You will operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment to keep outdoor spaces looking their best, following established schedules and safety procedures. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, outdoor work in varying conditions, and irrigation monitoring support as needed, with clear daily routines and opportunities to contribute to property beautification and safety

• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures to help ensure a safe work environment.
• Willingness to perform hands-on grounds maintenance tasks, including outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Basic understanding of lawn and landscape care practices, including scheduled mowing and trimming.
• Comfort using landscaping equipment and assisting with routine equipment/tool maintenance and cleaning.
• Ability to assist with irrigation system monitoring and report repairs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other grounds maintenance tools.
• Remove weeds, debris, leaves, and litter from club grounds and common areas.

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5am - 1:30pm
