Timbers Company in Lihue, Hawaii is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to maintain the property grounds, including lawns and gardens. The ideal candidate will possess a high school degree and 3 to 6 months of experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.
The role requires operating various powered tools and equipment, and involves physical activities including lifting and moving heavy objects. A valid driver’s license is necessary. The position provides an opportunity to grow in a supportive and diverse work environment.
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining grounds of property.
Education And Experience: High school degree AND three (3) to six (6) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional loud noise.
