Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools is preferred.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of property grounds and landscaping.
• Mow grass, trim edges, weed flower beds, and maintain outdoor areas.
• Plant, water, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping materials.
• Remove trash, debris, leaves, and other materials from grounds and common areas.
• Operate landscaping and grounds equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with irrigation, drainage, and seasonal grounds projects as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and storage areas.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Support additional grounds and facility maintenance projects as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The Grounds Labor position is responsible for supporting the maintenance of landscaping, outdoor areas, and general property grounds. Duties may include mowing, trimming, planting, debris removal, and assisting with general outdoor maintenance projects.
