Job summary

JRNL TWO BUNCH PALMS LLC is seeking a seasonal landscaper to maintain the grounds at Two Bunch Palms in Desert Hot Springs, CA. The role involves planting, mowing, weed control, and outdoor upkeep to ensure a welcoming exterior.

You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with minor repairs and maintenance on grounds equipment. Weekend work and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticide and fertilizer to grounds.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris.
• Follow all policies and procedures.

Seasonal Manual Labor Two Bunch Palms, Desert Hot Springs, CA, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.25 Hourly

Job Summary

Landscapers are responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains outside of building.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.
• Mow lawn either by hand or using a lawnmower.
• Cut lawn/bushes using hand, power mower and trim and edge around walk ways, flower beds, and walls.
• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
• Apply pesticide to grounds.
• Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
• Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing sprinklers, and other duties.
• Sweep walkway of debris.
• Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.
• Install lawn furniture.
• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
• Install rock, cement, lighting, water, and furniture.
• Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
