Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property's buildings, breezeways, and common areas, and to prepare market-ready units.

You will perform routine cleaning, debris removal, lamp replacements, property walk-throughs, and ensure a safe, inviting environment for residents and clients. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways free from debris.
• Sweep or blow debris from sidewalks and surfaces.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect for maintenance needs.
• Pressure wash buildings and keep model units tidy.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Keep the compactor area free from debris.
