The Related Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional in Florida to keep office buildings and residential properties clean and well-maintained. You will perform a wide range of cleaning tasks across lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and appearance.

Responsibilities include polishing surfaces, cleaning windows, replacing light bulbs, transporting supplies, and assisting with minor grounds work as needed.

• Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
• Cleans rugs and upholstery; dusts furniture and equipment.
• Dusts, polishes, and maintains metalwork and wood surfaces.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and windows; cleans door panels and sills.
• Empties trash and disposals; transports waste to designated area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies and replaces light bulbs.
• Cuts and trims grass where required.
• Delivers messages and transports small equipment between departments.
• Performs routine inspections for safety and cleanliness; reports issues.

Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. 5. Dusts furniture and equipment. 6. Polishes metalwork. 7. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. 8. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. 9. Empties trash and garbage containers. 10. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. 11. Replenishes bathroom supplies. 12. Replaces light bulbs. 13. Cuts and trims grass, if required. 14. Delivers messages. 15. Transports small equipment or tools between departments. COMPETENCY: 1.
