Job summary

The Related Group is seeking a property administrator to support leasing operations and financial management across its portfolio in Orlando. The role includes preparing lease agreements, collecting rents, and directing bookkeeping activities in line with the annual operating budget.

Responsibilities extend to coordinating alterations and maintenance, supervising on-site staff, and assisting clients with financing or purchasing of property.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordination with vendors.

Led by the Pérez family and a team of the industry's top veterans, Related continues to push the industry bar higher, delivering innovative residential communities that positively transform cities, forge new trails and improve quality of life across all demographics.Job Description:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares lease or rental agreements for lessees and collects specified rents and impounds.Directs bookkeeping functions, or credits client account for receipts and debits account for disbursements such as mortgage, taxes, and insurance premium payments, management services costs, and upkeep and maintenance costs.Arranges for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning or property as specified in management services or lessee’s agreement in accordance with the Annual Operating Budget.Employs, or contracts for services of, security, maintenance, and groundskeeping personnel and onsite management personnel if required, in accordance with the Annual Operating Budget.Purchases supplies and equipment for use on leased properties in accordance with the Annual Operating Budget.Directs and reports on the status of properties such as occupancy rates and dates of expiration of leases.Provides support and assistance to clients relative to financing, purchasing, or selling of property.Prepares periodic inventory of building contents and property condition, and forwards listing to the owner for review.Contracts utility companies to arrange for transfer of service for tenants.Assists with the eviction of tenants in compliance with court order directions from Lawyer and owner.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits as a Related Employee:Base Salary and Performance bonusMedical, dental, vision, legal services, flexible spending account.
