Related Group is seeking a dependable Porter for Icon Marina Village in West Palm Beach. The role involves cleaning, maintenance, and light custodial tasks across common areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and surrounding spaces on-site.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hands-on maintenance experience, excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.

• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and maintaining property grounds.
