Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential property in Delray Beach, FL. The role focuses on keeping buildings and common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained to enhance resident satisfaction and property value.

You will perform routine tasks such as debris removal, light bulb replacement, pressure washing, and preparing market-ready units, ensuring the property remains inviting and compliant with standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings.
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris.
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walking the property monthly.
• Pressure washing the buildings.
• Preparing market ready units.
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
