Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties. This on-site role covers building exteriors, common areas, and model units, including pressure washing and timely bulb replacements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Breezeways free of trash and cobwebs; sweep or blow debris.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly and pressure wash buildings as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units and clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.

Job Description: ZRS is a leading residential property management company who is able to offer consistent service to both our residents and our clients as a result of our ability to recruit, hire and retain the apartment industry's most talented people.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to: Maintaining the buildings Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs. Sweeping and/or blowing debris. Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings. Walking the property monthly. Pressure washing the buildings. Preparing market ready units. Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities. Maintaining compactor area to be free from debris.

Qualifications: Must possess the right attitude and dedication along with strong Customer service. Detailed. Oriented. Organizational skills.
