Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties. You will keep breezeways clean, sweep or blow debris, replace light bulbs in common areas, and walk the property monthly.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to: Maintaining the buildings Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs. Sweeping and/or blowing debris. Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings. Walking the property monthly. Pressure washing the buildings. Preparing market ready units. Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities. Maintaining compactor area to be free from debris.
