Job summary

Eastview on the Avenue in Baltimore, MD is hiring Groundskeepers for Eastview Station, Eastview Commons, and Eastview Place. Responsibilities include daily grounds cleaning, maintaining exterior curb appeal, reporting damages, and assisting with exterior improvements to support leasing and marketing.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, 2+ years grounds experience preferred, multifamily experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with others as a team and take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Previous multi-family experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds on a daily basis to maintain exterior curb appeal.
• Report any exterior damage or concerns to the Community.
• Assist with light maintenance and exterior improvements for marketing/leasing.
• Support leasing staff with exterior-related programs.
• Provide good customer service to residents and demonstrate problem-solving for exterior issues.

We are currently searching for Groundskeepers at our Eastview Station, Eastview Commons, and Eastview Place locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily
• Responsible for the exterior curb appeal
• To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community
• Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical
• Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve
• To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special
• To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property.
• To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing
• To assist residents with special
• To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
• Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred

Rate: $15.50 - $16.50
