Job Summary

Groundskeepers maintain the grounds of the property in a conscientious manner. They work with attention to detail to ensure the property is in top condition. If you have effective time management and a positive attitude you are an ideal candidate. Must be able to work outside in unpredictable weather as this position requires a significant amount of time outside.

Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt

Shift

Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm

Compensation

$17-$22 per hour

Essential Duties

• Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
• Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in the cleaning of available units and models.
• Assist in the troubleshooting/repairing of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor.
• Work on-call as scheduled, weekend shifts and overtime as necessary and approved by manager.
• Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping experience.
