Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a part-time groundskeeper for La Vista in San Marcos, TX, to keep exterior grounds well‑maintained and appealing. You will work with management and leasing staff to ensure high-visibility areas look excellent and meet property standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependable daily participation, and basic writing and communication skills, with opportunities to contribute to property improvements and guest services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years grounds experience preferred.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with others and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds daily to maintain exterior curb appeal.
• Report any physical damage or concerns to the Community.
• Assist with light maintenance as needed.
• Support leasing staff with exterior grounds efforts and programs.
• Suggest improvements to exterior that benefit marketing and leasing.
• Demonstrate problem solving to maintain community standards.

We currently searching for part time Groundskeeper candidates for La Vista.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily
• Responsible for the exterior curb appeal
• To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community
• Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical
• Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve
• To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special
• To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property.
• To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing

• To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
• Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00
