Envolve LLC at Park Terrace in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper. You will clean grounds daily, maintain curb appeal, and report exterior issues to the Property Manager while supporting leasing programs and resident needs.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years grounds experience. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

• Clean grounds on a daily basis.

• Resolve physical problems for the community.

We are currently searching for a Full-Time Groundskeeper to work at Park Terrace located in Tampa, FL.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis.
• Responsible for the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Property Manager.
• Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical exterior.
• Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property.
• Assist residents with special needs.
• Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community good.
• Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve Client Services Group personnel.
• Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.

Education And Work Experience Requirements

High School Diploma / GED

2+ years of grounds experience preferred

Rate: $18.00-$19.00
