We are currently searching for Groundskeepers at our Eastview Station, Eastview Commons, and Eastview Place locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily
Responsible for the exterior curb appeal
To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community
Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical
Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve
To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special
To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property.
To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing
To assist residents with special
To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.
