Envolve Client Services Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Temporary Full Time Maintenance Technician for Westview on the Avenue. The role focuses on repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of apartment systems, with a requirement to have tools and a valid driver’s license.
Essential duties include basic on-site repairs, 24/7 on-call availability, and inspections to ensure property readiness and compliance with housing programs. Prior multifamily or HVAC experience is preferred.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance of all apartment equipment including appliances, elementary electrical systems, and plumbing. Maintains and improves operating condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems and building appearances. Must have own tools and a valid Driver's License.
