GSF Properties Inc. in Clovis, CA is seeking a Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I to keep our apartment community clean, safe, and inviting. This role blends outdoor and indoor hands-on work and offers training under an experienced Maintenance Technician.

You will perform turns, respond to resident requests, inspect the property, and assist with repairs. Required: at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
Valid driver's license required.
Enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on work.
Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Eager to learn and grow in the property management industry.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the community.
Pick up trash, remove debris, and keep common areas clean and inviting.
Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
Complete basic maintenance repairs and resident service requests.
Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Support preventative maintenance and property improvement projects.
Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Learn and develop maintenance skills while working alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.
