Qualifications

• 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, landscaping, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Complete work orders and resident service requests promptly.
• Perform apartment turns, including painting, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness standards across the property.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with trash management and community upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with preventative maintenance projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
