Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI is searching for a Grounds Supervisor to lead day-to-day landscaping operations. You will ensure the campus is safe and well-maintained while supervising staff and managing equipment.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of grounds maintenance experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of horticulture is preferred. Join a mission-driven community dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults.

Pay: $23.95-$26.65/hour based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day landscaping operations such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, mulching, and seasonal clean‑up
• Ensure a safe, attractive, and well‑maintained campus year‑round
• Coordinate and support snow removal operations, including equipment readiness and staffing
• Supervise grounds staff, contractors, and volunteers while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Manage tools, equipment, supplies, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Support budgeting, documentation, and compliance within the Facilities and Grounds Department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles and transport materials/equipment
• Preferred: knowledge of horticulture, including plant care, landscape design, and sustainable practices
• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide and Fertilizer Applicator License within 6 months of hire
