Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain campus grounds, perform landscaping tasks, and support maintenance operations. This is a full-time day-shift position with a pay range of $21.95–$24.65 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
• Experience with landscaping tasks preferred.
• Ability to operate company vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus grounds and landscaping (mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing).
• Perform preventive and general maintenance on equipment and buildings.
• Complete work orders using CMMS software and document activities.
• Assist with construction, repairs, cleaning and safety compliance.

Groundskeeper Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with the ability to safely transport yourself and materials and operate company vehicles as needed.
• Prefer: Landscaping experience.

What You'll Do As a Groundskeeper

• Maintain campus grounds and landscaping through tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, snow removal, and reporting landscape or building issues.
• Perform preventive and general maintenance on equipment, vehicles, campus buildings, and related systems, ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Support facility upkeep through construction, repairs, cleaning, and adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies.
