Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI, is hiring a Facilities Technician for a full-time, day-shift role (7 am–3:30 pm) with rotating on-call. The position involves maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment, plus preventative work orders and CMMS documentation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean record. We offer competitive pay ($21.95–$24.65/hr) and a robust benefits package, plus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment repair, construction, and renovation projects.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs by completing scheduled work orders and documenting activities in CMMS.
• Maintain campus grounds and exterior areas including snow removal, refuse disposal, and landscaping support.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance by maintaining a clean work environment and following OSHA, infection control, and lock-out/tag-out protocols.
• Respond to work requests, participate in meetings and training, communicate with residents and staff, and support quality improvements.

Facilities Technician Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid State of Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record and ability to operate company vehicles as needed.
• Previous facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email platforms and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

What You'll Do As a Facilities Technician

• Perform facility maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment repair, construction, and renovation projects to ensure campus buildings, systems, and machinery remain in safe, working condition.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs by completing scheduled work orders, documenting all activities in the CMMS system, and reporting findings to Facilities leadership.
• Maintain campus grounds and exterior areas including snow removal, refuse disposal, and general landscaping support as needed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to OSHA standards, infection control procedures, lock-out/tag-out protocols, and all organizational policies.
• Support operational excellence and customer service by responding promptly to work requests, participating in meetings and training, communicating professionally with residents and staff, contributing to quality improvement efforts, and completing special projects as assigned.
