Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver to support residents with ADLs, mobility, and daily activities. The role offers part-time shifts including day, evening, or night, with a pay rate between $20-23/hour, based on experience and shift differentials.

Candidates with caregiving experience, CNA preferred and various safety certifications are encouraged to apply. Training is provided for required certifications and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience required; memory care or dementia care experience strongly preferred.
• CNA certification preferred (not required).
• CBRF, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred; training provided upon hire.
• Must obtain AHA First Aid certification within required timeframes and maintain current certification.
• Ability to become medication-delegated and safely administer medications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions; maintain accurate documentation for care plans, medications, and daily activities.
• Support meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social programs to enhance quality of life.

What You'll Do As a Memory Care Caregiver
