Qualifications

• Housekeeping or laundry experience in healthcare, long-term care or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help lead housekeeping, floor care, and laundry operations.
• Support team members through training, coaching, scheduling assistance, and shift coverage.
• Assist the Director with daily department operations and supply ordering.
• Conduct inspections and audits for cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, and flooring.
• Prepare resident rooms for new occupancy and maintain linen inventory.
• Promote a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Housekeeper you will support our housekeeping and laundry teams while helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

• Help lead housekeeping, floor care, and laundry operations
• Support team members through training, coaching, scheduling assistance, and shift coverage as needed
• Assist the Director with daily department operations, supply ordering, and organization
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, and flooring throughout the community
• Prepare resident rooms for new occupancy and maintain linen inventory
