Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties is seeking a Maintenance - Level I for its Apache Junction, AZ community. The role involves performing light repairs, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks to meet established maintenance standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining amenity spaces, collaborating with management, attending daily kickoff meetings, and reporting issues for timely fixes. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional after-hours on-call work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• On-call availability for emergencies after hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces to ensure they are well kept and functioning.
• Keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep property safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to relay vendor appointments and work requirements.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform necessary repairs.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for maintenance use.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
