Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform a range of tasks including light appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping across our resort communities. You will collaborate with management to ensure spaces are clean, safe, and appealing, and you will participate in daily vendor coordination and project work.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure they are clean and well maintained.
• Perform light maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Communicate with management and staff about vendor appointments and work requirements.
• Attend morning staff meetings and coordinate with maintenance team on projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as needed.
