Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to help keep our community well-maintained and appealing. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas meet high standards.

You’ll assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents and address service requests, with opportunities to advance into a Maintenance Technician role through hands-on experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community appearance and curb appeal including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and handle resident service requests as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Learn and assist with basic maintenance tasks and pursue advancement into a Maintenance Technician role.
