You will perform tasks such as cleaning Breezeways, debris removal, lighting maintenance, and periodic property inspections to ensure market-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from the property.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect and maintain grounds.
• Pressure wash the buildings as needed.
• Prepare market‑ready units for showing and occupancy.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Keep the compactor area free from debris.
