Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. You will inspect and maintain community grounds, remove litter, assist with make-ready turnover, and support safety and compliance across the property.

Responsibilities include responding to routine work orders, changing locks as needed, coordinating with the Service Supervisor, and ensuring amenities remain clean and inviting for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter and debris and keep common areas and amenities neat.
• Assist with make-ready turnover and move trash to dumpster or storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and support the make-ready specialist in the turnover process.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Notify supervisors of hazards or safety concerns and respond to resident inquiries with courtesy.
