Job summary

Government Contracting Resources, Inc. is seeking a Grounds Maintenance/Laborer to perform a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks across facilities. The role includes lawn care, pruning, irrigation, and basic repairs, with a focus on safety and communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in grounds maintenance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Performs routine cleanup, cutting, trimming, and edging of all grassed areas and lawns.
Maintains flowers, shrubs, tree beds, and replacements.
Performs tasks such as leaf cleanup, tree pruning/removal, sod installation, seeding, fertilizing, and irrigation maintenance.
Handles materials and equipment, including loading/unloading, washing, and basic repairs.
Maintains grounds structures, roads, parking areas, fences, and drainage facilities; responds to emergencies.
Maintains/tools/equipment and communicates effectively with management and customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
